This class is suited to students who want to experience the health and vitality benefits of Tai Chi without a strong emphasis on self-defense applications.
Tai Chi Chuan: Applications & Internal Arts
Thursdays, 715p - 8p
Take your practice deeper by exploring Tai Chi through the lens of real-world self-defense and hands-on sensitivity drills with other students. This class also introduces students to practical training in the internal arts of Hsing-I Chuan and Pakua Chuan.
